People riding with their pets used to have a hard time. To make travelling with your pet easier, we made some developments. Just go to your profile in the app and select the "I travel with a pet" option so that we can pair you with drivers who are willing to accept pets. According to municipality regulation, it is forbidden to carry pets in taxis without cages. With our new feature, you will be able to get a BiTaksi that is willing to carry you and your pet!

In our new moderately modified home screen, you’ll see the option to add your destination on the bottom of the screen. Use this new feature so that you won’t have to deal with giving street-by-street directions to the driver. Using navigation, the driver will get to your destination in the fastest and safest way possible.Providing your destination will by no means affect your chance in getting a ride. Drivers are NOT provided of your destination until AFTER you get in the BiTaksi.
• All calls will now be forwarded through 0 850 888 5555. When the driver calls you, or you call the driver, you will see this number on your phone. Your phone number will not be visible to the driver. Your privacy is our priority ???? Have a great ride! ????
